  • When and where does the event take place?

    The event is Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.

  • What is the schedule?

    5:30 p.m. — Capital One Cardholder Exclusive Reception (for those with Access Pass)  

    6:30 p.m. — Arrival for Signature Experience guests  

    7:00 p.m. — Dinner begins (five-course tasting on the field)  

  • What ticket types are available and what do they include?

    Signature Experience – $450: Includes the on-field five-course tasting menu, wine pairings, photo opportunities, and remarks from the culinary team.  

    Capital One Access Pass – $550: Includes everything in the Signature Experience plus a pre-event reception in the Nationals clubhouse (hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, chef meet-and-greet), and a commemorative gift. (Open only to eligible Capital One credit or debit cardholders; excludes private label cards; terms apply.)  

  • Do I need to bring a printed ticket with me?

    Please bring your mobile ticket and photo I.D.

  • When should I arrive?

    For best access and to enjoy the full experience, aim to arrive by the designated check-in times: 5:30 p.m. for Access Pass holders, 6:30 p.m. for Signature Experience.

    Guests will check in under the large red Nationals hat entrance of Lot A. 

  • Is parking available?

    Complimentary parking is available for Stadium Chef Series guests in Lot A. Please arrive early to account for traffic and security queueing. 

  • What is the dress code?

    The event is elegant but held on the field — business casual / smart casual is recommended. Comfortable footwear is advisable.

  • Is the event rain or weather dependent?

    Weather variations are possible. If inclement weather impacts the field experience, organizers will provide updates in advance and outline contingency plans. The event will take place rain or shine.

  • What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

    We recognize and respect that guests may have individual dietary needs. At this time, we are unable to accommodate special requests, though we will share menu details in advance to help you plan your experience accordingly. We appreciate your understanding. 

  • I want to sit by another guest, but we didn’t purchase our tickets at the same time. Can we sit together?

    Please notify us in advance via stadiumchef@marqueedevelopment.com by Friday, October 24th so that we may do our best to coordinate. Seating requests are not guaranteed unless tickets are purchased together as a group. 

  • Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

    Tickets are non-transferable.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    All sales are final.

  • Will photography or social media be allowed?

    Yes — guest photography is welcome. We encourage you to share your experience via social media. Please be respectful of other guests and Chef/dining presentations.

  • Permitted Bags

    Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 16” by 16” by 8” (e.g., clear tote bags, clear drawstring bags, one-gallon plastic freezer bag (i.e., Ziploc bag), etc.); provided, however that buckles, grommets, hardware or other décor may not conceal any part of the bag 

    Small non-clear clutch bags measuring 5” by 7” by ¾” or smaller, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the ballpark with one of the clear plastic bag options described above 

  • What else should I know before arriving?

    Please bring a valid ID.  

    Expect security checks at entry. 

    The event is staged on the field — pathways may be uneven, so plan accordingly. 

    Be sure your phone is charged for photos!
